We are always keen to engage with those who wish to become involved with our work in supporting the hospital. You do not have to become a member of the League of Friends but if you are willing to voluntarily give up some time to help with our rewarding activities you will be made most welcome! Our fund-raising events are usually well supported but there is always room for a few more people. Please keep an eye on the 'EVENTS' page of our website for information about future activities which may interest you. If you would like to run a stall at one of our fetes, please let us know and we will reserve space for you.
 
We also maintain three book-cases in the public areas of the hospital which we stock with used paperback books that patients or visitors can take home in exchange for a small voluntary donation. We are always looking for good quality used paperbacks, so if you have any you wish to donate, please drop them off at the hospital reception at your convenience.

If you run a business accessed by the public you could help by having one of our donation boxes on display in your premises. You could also become involved by sponsoring one, or part of, one of our entertaining fund-raising events. Both are a good source of regular income to the League.
